About the team and your challenge 

As Sales Support employee you are responsible for supporting the Account Executives and Partner Success Managers of our Partner Sales department to the best of your abilities. You take care of the administrative side of the sales cycle where you are constantly aiming for smooth processes. You take on the communication with different departments such as Finance and Central Servicing to solve potential issues such as over bookings and delay in payments. Together with the Account Executives and Partner Success Managers you strive for the best results for our Partner Sales department and having the best deals online at the right moment. You report directly to Arianna, the Team Lead Sales Support.  

Your tasks

  • Supporting internal stakeholders for traveller and offer related questions;
  • Onboard and support partners with extranet usage;
  • Support 3rd party and partners with technical questions;
  • Setting up channel manager connections with partners;
  • Liaising with Account Executives and Partner Success Managers;
  • Contributing to the further growth of TravelBird.

Who you are

  • Smart (preferably studies in Hospitality, Tourism or Business);
  • 1+ years working experience;
  • A positive attitude and great attention to detail;
  • A strong communicator that can manage cross-functional relationship;
  • A problem solver;
  • Able to work with strict deadlines and organized;
  • Eagerness to learn something new every day;
  • Precise and detailed;
  • You speak French on a native level and can speak English fluently;
  • Creative, enthusiastic, flexible; and
  • Live in (or around) the beautiful and vibrant city Amsterdam.
